In 2009, Castigila's original tune, Bad Year Blues, was nominated for Song of the Year by the Blues Foundation. Aug 6th - Bryan Lee. Known as the Braille Blues Daddy and heralded as a New Orleans Institution, Lee was once told by Muddy Waters, Bryan, stay with this. One day you're going to be a living legend. Now, more than a quarter-century later, Bryan Lee is one of the most recognizable blues players to call New Orleans home. Aug 13th - Davina the Vagabonds. Davina and the Vagabonds are known in The Twin Cities, Minnesota as being the busiest band in town because of their hard working professionalism, high energy stage performance, and original sound.
